Challenge
The customer was looking for a more efficient and better solution for packaging frozen fish. A product from the Far East was not qualitatively good enough. By reinforcing paper with fabric and improving the hot seal properties, we developed high-quality packaging that met all requirements.
Our approach
We brought different parties and expertise together to experiment with different material compositions. After extensive testing, we came to a solution that is both functional and sustainable.
Results
The new paper wrap optimizes onboard space, as paper takes up considerably less space than boxes. In addition, the quality of the packaging has significantly improved, which ensures a reliable and practical solution for the customer.
